Carole was so helpful when viewing homes to help point out the good and bad that stood out to her in each property. She paid very close attention to the things we did and didn't like about different houses to help us get closer to what we wanted each time. Carole was always very prompt at responding to emails, calls and texts whenever we had questions or needs. She walked us through documents ahead of time so that once we found the right house, we were ready to sign and move forward quickly - a key need in this market. She pointed us to great inspectors and a great lender, and she has continued to help us lean more and find the right resources after being in contract. It's evident that Carole is knowledgeable, that her buyers aren't just numbers to her, and she cares about finding you the home YOU want. We wouldn't have found our house, gotten in contract so quickly, or had such a smooth closing without her!
We loved having Carole as our realtor! We found her by a chance meeting but were so glad we did. Carole was the absolute greatest realtor we could have asked for. She was responsive and professional. She got to know us and our likes and dislikes. She was so patient!! And would often think of things we didn’t when looking at houses. She often found houses for sale that met our wish list we didn’t even know were available.
